Current old buildings will be completely vacated and demolished after society approval.

Construction completion expected within 36 months, with an additional 6-month buffer if needed.

After B.U. (Building Use) Permission is obtained, possession will be handed over to society members.

Rent and deposits for temporary accommodations will continue until possession.
